I am unable to send and receive emails

's Computer Specifications

Two days ago, I encountered this problem. Error message 'Sending and
receiving reported error (0x8004210A), 'The operation timed out waiting for a
response from the receiving (POP) server.' I contacted my Internet provider
and all connections were verified. I am able to go into the Internet site
and receive messages.

's Computer Specifications

Is your E-mail provider your Internet Service provider, or do you use
a different E-mail (Yahoo, Gmail, etc.)?
