Hello,
I am on Outlook 2007 user.
Just in the past few days I can no longer open any attachment to an e-mail,
that is an e-mail itself. I hope that makes sense. I don't get any message,
it just simply refuses to open. This is happening with e-mails from different
people.
When I try to use the preview pane instead, the message I get is:
"this file cannot be previewed because of an error with the following
previewer:
Microsoft Office Outlook message and item previewer
To open this file in its own program, double click it."
Any ideas? When I forward it to my hotmail account I have no problems
viewing it.
