When I send an HTML email, I also send to myself as a test. Others receive it
properly, however, when I receive it, it comes through at several hyperlinks.
Other people can email me just fine. It's only when I am emailing a test to
myself. Why?

You're not making much sense here.
Start with telling your Outlook version and what exactly you mean with "it
comes through at several hyperlinks".
