One of my client PCs is receiving an error message that states "Windows -
Corrupt File Exception Processing Message c0000102 Parameters 75b6bf9c
75b6bf9c 75b6bf9c 75b6bf9c." The error message occurs in the notification
error in the bottom left hand corner with a yellow cautionary symbol The pc
is running windows xp professional. The pc had hard drive issues and was
unable to boot windows, but we used spinrite(which is a hard drive utitliy
that fixes bad sectors on the hard drive). When we ran the utility we were
able to boot into windows, but this error message started to occur. Does
anyone know what this error message means and what it pertains too? Thank You

Well, sine a repair for the boot sectors, it means there are some
files/folders been forked and you need to perform a repair/install of
windows, slipstraem the sp2 and other security updates and perform a
repair/install.
But before this try this steps:

How to perform disk error checking in Windows XP
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/315265

remove/uninstall any USB card reader, printer and scanner and reinstall them.

Have a look in the vent viewer for error messages and troubleshoot from
there and also look in device monitor for conflict or malfunctioning.
HTH.
