I am publishing my site, but link bars are not displayed.

I have change nothing on any of my pages. The only thing I have done is added
a web page. After I added that page, it would not show on the published link
bars. I have since deleted all from the remote site except the index (home)
page and now no link bars show at all. Also all the pages keep showing as
"unmatched." Not sure what to do now.
