We have Vista Home Premium. I just set up mail email in MSN Mail. I have
been CC myself to make sure the mail is going out. Some of them DO get
through into my inbox, but some of them don't. They are all sending (i.e.
not getting stuck in outbox), and I know that at least some of the emails
have been received by the intending recipients. What gives?

Have you checked the Junk Mail folder?
