I have Vista with Outlook 2007 and have created two profiles; one personal
email (default) and one business email but no emails are getting through to
the business account.

You're not providing any information to work with here.
Type of mail account?
Any send/receive errors?

Are these separate account or merely an alias on the same mailbox?
Can you successfully send and receive an email from that mail profile to
yourself?
Do new mails show up at your web based mailbox provided by your ISP?

They are 2 separate profiles so when I open up Outlook I select which profile
I want. No I can't send or receive emails from the second profile and no
emails for the second profile are coming through to either mailbox.

When you send an email and it cannot be send Outlook will produce an error
during Send/Receive (press the Send/Receive button if you have automatic
send/receive interval disabled).

Otherwise; tried recreating the profile for the non-working account already?
