I manage my website from two computers, one at home and one at work using
frontpage 2003. I am not able to access the server from work becaues the
server does not have shareoint services installed (so the error window tells
me). I dont understand why it works fine from home, but not from work,
please help.

You have problems. I would consider starting again.
The splash page is useless - a complete waste of my time (as a
potential customer) and yours (as a developer).

The about page (and several others) has at least two different
navigation methods superimposed on each other. CSS positioned links,
and Interactive Buttons. It is no wonder that the buttons look odd.
Use one or the other, but not both.
Finally, make the navigation consistent - your home page is different
to the about page, and the buttons there work, though I would remove
the onmousedown behaviours and associated button images.

You don't need sharepoint services or the FP SE installed at work
Try browsing to the Home page in IE and using File Edit w/ FP
- but your office proxy settings may be blocking you
