I am not able to connect oultook to anyhthing online which includes gmail,
hotmail and other rss feeds.
I have tried send recieve also but its not workin

Whereas other application even including outlook help is able to connect
online

Version of Outlook?
What happens when you try?
Any error messages?
Have you checked your firewall settings?
Do you have a virus scanner installed which integrates itself with Outlook?
Uninstall this integration part of your virus scanner and try again; you'd
still be sufficiently protected by your on-access scanner part of the virus
