AM noise from iPod & USB cables problem gone

After I rotated the AM antennae 90 degree....

You did not reply to an existing thread yet this appears a reponse to an
existing discussion. I don't see a thread about this problem (within
the 30 days retention I configured for my client). I remember over a
couple months ago about you trying to figure out some cheap frankenjob
for a powered USB hub so maybe you forget about the appropriate
shielding.

If, as you say in the Subject, the AM noise was *from* your iPod and USB
cables (not likely) then rotating some antenna wouldn't help since the
noise didn't radiate from there. Also, typically when users speak of an
antenna, they are talking about reception, not transmission. If you are
tranmitting from your antenna, perhaps you are exceeding the power
rating for which you are licensed. Or maybe you're in an area where EMF
noise is being generated, so rotating the antenna (on what you never
mention) changes the induced noise or cancels it out.

Thanks. Let me verify the source again... No< I am not trying to
transmit anything.
