My install/uninstall program tells me I have SP2,and rightly so,
I downloaded it from the disk, and I seem to have all SP2
has to offer, but when I look at my update history,
on the microsoft Update page,it says my SP2 update
failed, with a date that was before I downloaded it from the disk.
So now I'm wondering,if I'm missing out on any updates, since
some security updates, will not download unless my download history recognizes
the SP2 having been downloaded.Or am I wrong ?
I hope this makes sense, thanks for any help on this.

Hi

No need to worry, the download history is not used for any type
of assessment for what you need of updates.
