I am looking for web page Templates for making an E-Store, I need te,plates
that will allow the customer to add products to a shop cart then place
orders. Are there any such templates out there on Microsoft's site? anyone?

Lots of templates out there.... just do a google search.

has some templates with paypal shopping cart pages and I am sure there are
others..... just dig around.

You need a Shopping Cart Addin - not a template
- check w/ your host what carts they support
