I am continuously having problems with sending messages by Microsoft Mail my
computer always states: The host '(E-Mail Removed)' could not be found.
Please verify that you have entered the server name correctly.
Subject 'MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST (HEWLETT)', Account: '(E-Mail Removed)',
Server: '(E-Mail Removed)', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No,
Socket Error: 11003, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D or The host
'(E-Mail Removed)' could not be found. Please verify that you have
entered the server name correctly.
Account: '(E-Mail Removed)', Server: '(E-Mail Removed)', Protocol:
POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 11003, Error Number:
0x800CCC0D.

This issue does not happen once but every time I send a message. How do I
fix this problem? I have many email aacounts (E-Mail Removed) is one of
them but it is not going through. In attempt to fix the issue I created a
new email account which is (E-Mail Removed). I created it inorder for me to
manually insert it through the Identity Import. NOTHING WORKS!!! It is
extremly annoying PLEASE HELP me......

That error means you entered a mail server name that is not valid.

I see it mentions a Yahoo email address. Is that your only email address?
US-based free Yahoo accounts have webmail access only, no POP access.
Windows Mail handles POP mail but not Yahoo webmail.
Yahoo's solution is to pay them for premium "Mail Plus" service:
http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mai...iew/index.html
and use the special settings for that service:
http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mai...op/pop-14.html

If you are OK with using a non-Yahoo email address, you have these other
solutions that will work with Windows Mail:
* Use the email address assigned to you by your ISP.
* Use a free Gmail, AOL, or Hotmail/Live account.

You can also continue to use Yahoo's webmail: http://mail.yahoo.com
If you need more help with any of these solutions, just ask.

If you have the same error message, the problem is the same.
(E-Mail Removed) is NOT a valid server name. You need to determine your
valid server name by checking with your ISP for it (often something like
incoming.isp.net) there will NOT be an '@' in the server name!

Call them, or check their web site, should have Frequently Asked Questions
along the lines of 'how do I set up email'.

Who provides your email service? Or to ask that question another way,
what is the part of your email address after the @ symbol?
Your mail provider will typically have a web page that shows how to
set up an email program. If you need more help, tell us the name of
your email service provider. If you currently don't have an email address,
we can help with that also.
