I am having the same problem when I Set it to scan at 23.00pm it automaticaly
changes itself to 11.30am. This happens everytime. There is somthing very
wrong with this program to be doing this...

Have you read the responses to the other messages relating to this problem?

Yes, this is a bug. It is quite easy to work around, however:

1) set the Windows language--in control panel, regional settings--to English
(United States)
2) set the desired afternoon or evening scan time
3) change the Windows language back to the original choice.

The bug actually involves a 24 hour time format, versus a 12 hour time format.

Most of the world uses the 24 hour format. The United States (or at least
whoever made up the default!) does not--and that is easier to describe than
the whole process to choose a clock format that is a 12 hour format, rather
than a 24 hour one.
