My outlook 2003 is very slow and takes forever to perform any tasks
Please help!

What is your configuration? Are you on an Exchange Server, or use IMAP,
POP/SMTP? Do you have multiple, very large PST files? If any, what
format are they (97-2002 or 2003)? What size are they? Are they very
fragmented?

Is it slow all the time or just when writing email?
