Hi all,

I'm getting this message at boot up along with the
instruction, "Replace the disk, then press any key."

Can you tell me what to do next?

This all started immediately after I installed a Norton
worm removal tool (the computer booted up fine before I
installed the tool). I can't remember now but I think it
was the "Welchia" worm.

I can't ascertain what operating system is on the computer.

Any suggestions would be most appreciated.
