I recently installed a Firefox and then decided to uninstall it as it used a
different browser (Mozilla firefox) and was a drag. Since then I have not
been able to launch Microsoft Office Online Help or launch a web link from
any emails I receive. I feel I have somehow lost this link during the
unistalling of the Mazilla Firefox.Can anyone tell me what to do??

Hi Nelly,

Try going into Control Panel - Add/remove programs, go to Set program access
and defaults, on the left, expand the panel and go to the "Choose a defauit
web browser". Usually it will be set to "user my current browser", change
that to the one you want to use and click ok.

Restart outlook and test.

Let us know if it solves the issue.

definitely solved the problem - Thank you so much - I was getting into hot
water!
