Hello,

I am posting a message here because I am desperate to find help with Windows
live/hotmail.

I think there is a real problem with them, I can't create a new email nor
access to the ones I have (except this one).

I don't think I am at the right place in this group, so I won't give any
details but I have them in a Word document, I hope someone can tell me where
I can get help. I went everywhere possible and I found some site where
everyone says.... there is no help.

Thank you Robear,

There was one that I had not tried. The blogs are just... blogs. And Windows
live so-called-help does nothing to help.

So I just posted a message with the details, and will see.

Hello and happy New Year,

A few days and holidays later, I am sad to say that I got no help at all.
They keep saying HOW to do, which I already know, but they never mention any
troubleshooting.
