AM-Deadlink V 2.05

Slow, but it seems all the bookmark managers are slow, because they have to rebuild a huge HTML file. Actions on favorites
take place immediately.

Cannot rearrange the columns.
Can't narrow columns to narrower than the length of the column title. I hoped to edit the Lang file, but it's not a text file :-(

AM-Deadlink seems to work fine with tabbed bookmarks in Mozilla

One weirder little bug I've found when deleting duplicate bookmarks.
If looking at results when in duplicates find mode, you can select any bookmark you want. But when you press delete key
board, error message complains about whichever bookmark is closest to top, and says "program cannot delete.. all duplicates
have been selected (or some kind of message resembling that, saying that AMD doesn't want to leave you without any of the
duplicates. But only in regard to that one URL.).

Simply deselect the very first bookmark in the list, that has no "spare" unselected. Then press delete key. Works right.

This happed when editing Moz bookmarks. I don't know if this slight trouble also occurs when editing IE Favorites.
