I am computet illiterate and need help. I am 54 years old and this is my
first computer.
It is a Dell laptop with Vista Ultimate with 560G HD and 4G DDR2 (I hope I
said that
right). I have a MSN E-mail account. I have uploaded digital pictures from
my digital
camera onto my pictures site. I tried to E-mail to a friend and the popup
asked me what
type of server, name of server, etc. I have no idea of the answers, where
to look, and
what is worse, I typed in errors just to see what would happen next, and now
I do not
know how to get back to correct my mistake even if I knew the right answers.
Boy am I
a dummy. A 1st grader could probably do this in their sleep. Could someone
out there
take pity on an old illiterate man and help.
Thanks,
JJ

Are you a Hotmail Plus or MSN Premium subscriber? If not, you cannot access
the account in Windows Mail, Juan.

Is that a free MSN account? If so, you need to upgrade to
Windows Live Mail: http://download.live.com/wlmail
