Everytime I open up Outlook 2003, I am asked if I want to connect to the
Exchange Server or not. How can I get rid of this error message?

If you don't use an Exchange server remove it from your accounts
configuration and add the correct mail server. If you've never properly
configured Outlook before I suggest you start with a clean mail profile;
