sometime, while im switch On the system it shows monitor menu Bar (i.e
Adjusting brightness, contrast etc) it always blinking, when i close the menu
bar also it again opened and blinking.......... How can i overcome with that
problems............

Take the monitor to the repair shop, the buttons are stuck or broken.
