Hello,

My Outlook envelope shows in the taskbar when a new message appears.
However, when I open ONE new message, the envelope disappears even though I
have several more new, unopened messages in my Inbox.

Can the envelope be set to show as long as I have new, upopened messages?

I don't know of any way to do that, except perhaps through a 3rd party
addin...and I don't know of any offhand.
