Always go to Windows XP Setup when start

Whenever my Windows XP start, it go to a page which shows:

Please select the OS to start:
MS Windows XP Home Edition
MS Windows XP Setup

And if I don't change the highlight from Setup to Home
Edition within around 3-5 seconds, it'll automatically go
to setup and spend a lot of time to exit and reboot.

How can I fix this? Help me please.
