OK, so what Outlook-based CRM alternatives to BCM do people like? The lack
of customizable forms is a fatal shortcoming for us, but we do want to stick
with something that's build on Outlook and Exchange.

Daniel,

Check out both of these 2 excellent options:

www.avidian.com

www.teamscope.com

Avidian has developed an add-in MSDE db similiar to BCM that truly does work
within Outlook. Teamscope works entirely within an Exchange folder structure.
I am personally more familiar with the Avidian Prophet application.

Thanks Tim.

Both of those look very good... much better than BCM. I particularly like
the way Avidian works, but I'm not the one making the decision <g>.
