Hello:

In PP 2003 and earlier, Edit Picture|recolor allowed editing of individual
colors of clip art and other non-bitmap figures. For example, it was
possible to change any red in a figure to blue without changing other colors.
This appears to have gone from PP 2007. Does anybody know an alternative
program or add in?

You can ungroup the clipart in PowerPoint 2007. Then click on every red
shape and use blue fill-color.
