Alternative to PowerQuest Volume Manager

Are there any commercial alternatives to PowerQuest's Volume Manager to
resize a Windows 2000 Server partition? At $595USD it's priced out of the
market, esp when compared to PartionMagic. My W2K Server box(es) are only
to demo our software (must be W2K *Server*), not production boxes (with
production budgets).

I do have a licensed version of PartitionMagic 7.0, so if there is a way to
fake it into working with W2K Server, please let me know.
