I want to use in outlook express some other SMTP server for outgoing mail
server( one that is not support by my ISP).
Is it possible?

If you had bothered to look at the account properties, you would
already know that the answer is Yes.

Yes, if the account's been configured correctly.

PS: Your headers (Microsoft Outlook Express 6.00.2900.2180) tell us that you
should be more concerned about getting that computer fully patched at
Windows Update!

It's possible, but your ISP may block ports normally used, forcing you to
use a mail server that utilizes alternate ports.
For instance in the US, Cox Cable, and others, block port 25.

Yes, it's possible. For example, you could get a Gmail account or a
Yahoo! Mail Plus account, both of which provide their own SMTP
servers.

As far as OE is concerned, yes. Look in the properties, the name of
the SMTP (and POP3) server is in there somewhere.

But your ISP may block you. Many ISPs block any use of port 25 (the
standard SMTP port) except for accessing their own SMTP server. This
is a spam-fighting step. If your ISP does this, you're gong to be out
of luck unless you can use an SMTP server on a non-standard port.
