Check to make sure your gateway IP under the TCPIP Alter
Config. is pointing to your router or your computer with
ICS on. After that do a ping to this address 130.65.3.1 or
any other address on the internet.
If you could ping using internet (public) IP# that means
your internet connection is working, but if when you tried
to ping using the hostname and it doesn't work that means
your DNS IP not correct. Use 130.65.3.1 as you DNS IP if
you want to test it out.
