Altering Group Policy

We have a SBS2003 server and XP Pro clients.

I am trying to install a Blick Time management facility to 4 client PC's.

I have been told by Blick Tech Help that I need to change the Windows
firewall on the clients to allow a certain port to communicat with other
client PC's.

On the XP client I am being told that the firewall is being managed by Group
policies.

Is there any way I can affect this change to the Group Policy ????
