Alterations to my network, make internet go funny

Hello, I've recently installed the PS2 adapter and
configured the network I have to it, unfortunatly for
some reason now, my computer is uploading alot of
information I do not know of and I am not sure how to
fix/track this. Any help would be great (I have ran Virus
scans, spyware/adware scans

)
