The Alt-Tab function does not display all open Excel spreadsheets.

Someone here may know what you are trying to do but you will have better
luck in an Office newsgroup. This newsgroup is for XP.

I believe you need to use CTRL+TAB to change between worksheets after you
use ALT+TAB to switch to Excel.

Are the spreadsheets open in seperate workbooks? i.e. are they saved in the
same file with tabs on the bottom of the spreadsheet seperating the 2. Or
are they physically different files that have been opened individually?

It displays all open instances of Excel. Within an Excel instance you
will use CTRL+F6 to cycle through the open Workbooks. Spreadsheets are
"pages" in a Workbook, and Ctrl PageUp and PageDown will cycle through
the sheets.
