In a word document I have merged info and on another's advice, I used the
ALT+F9 option, however, I want to undo this. Unfortunately now all my merged
files open in this format and I really need to see the actual personal info
on the screen rather than the <<mergefield>> marker. Can anyone tell me how
to return to actually seeing the specific record info and undo what ALT+F9
has done to all my files?

Close all documents but one, and then press Alt+F9 again (it acts as a
toggle).
