Yes, other function keys are working properly. I'm using an old dell
inspiron 4150, and I don't believe I'm having trouble with keys or F Lock.
Thinking back, this problem may have started when I tried to assign a
shortcut for a special character. It's been so long ago that I don't
remember the details. Is there a way that I can list or view or reset any
global shortcuts? In Outlook, when I go to Tools/Macros, I don't see
anything there. Somehow I've hijacked the Alt-F1 shortcut, but I just don't
remember how I did it.
