Allowing VPN Connections?

I'm trying to configure a PC so that I can VPN to it over the
internet from another box.

Seem to have the service installed and running, but when I try to
connect to it it's asking for group instead of user
authentication.

On the server box, I poked around in Control Panel | User
Accounts | Groups. I see various group names, but don't see any
place for a group password - which my client seems to want.

Anybody been here? Can somebody recommend a read - something
like "VPN For The Complete Idiot".... ("VPN For Dummies" might
be over my head...)

Pete,

I setup VPN's all the time & have never had a group password because I have always used
the AD authentification

Best thing you can do is Google the query
