I have a protected sheet in my workbook and would like users to be able
to edit a range of cells within the worksheet. selected Tools -->
Allow users to edit ranges. This seems to work however, it does not
allow users to edit the comments contained within the range unless the
sheet has been unprotected. How can I allow my users to edit
*anything* about a range of cells on a worksheet?
