Allowing User permissions on specific Days???

I have an inbox in my network that currently all of the users have access to.
I have removed everybody’s access (apart from mine of course) but need to
give specific users access on specific days. (E.g. user 1 on Monday &
Wednesday, user 2 on Tuesday and Thursday & user 3 on Friday) is there any
way I can do this???

Any help would be greatly appreciated...
