Allowing user to logon only to one domain machine at a time

I remember years ago a system that only allowed a user to be logged into a
single domain machine at time. If the user tried to login to a second
machine while they were logged in to another the system denied them access.
I'm trying to figure out how to set this up within a Windows 2000 Active
Directory configuration. Any help or direction to resources is appreciated.

Thanks
Nick
