Our goal is to enable the secretary w/access to view and manage appointments
for a current staff of four people. We have a LAN Server running MS Windows
2000 Server. User workstations are using Windows 2000 or Windows XP OS.
What is required to establish this access for the secretary? We would also
like to be able to send messages between staff members.
Please advise!

See http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/as...477571033.aspx for an
article by Outlook MVP Eric Legault on various ways to share Outlook data.
YOu'll also find a list of third-party sharing tools and other information
at http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/share.htm.
