I work at a health clinic in which we send approximately 200 emails/day to
remind patients of their upcoming appointments. Outlook requires us to click
"allow" for each individual email rather than just sending it out to the
entire recipient list.

When this "allow" notification button pops up, there is an option to click
"help" to see how you can prevent this from occuring with each email, but
when I select Help I get an error message saying that this cannot be opened.
Does anyone know what I can do about this!!???

This is a security limitation when a 3rd party app tries to send mail
through outlook. How are you creating these messages?
