Allowing email access!

I have a small network
(1) Windows 2000 Server (SP4) (Active Directory)
(2) 4 Windows 2000 Pro (SP4) joined to the domain
(1) 5-port switch
(1) 5-port Linksys router & a DSL Modem

Internet access is blocked on 2 of the clients. I'm blocking them by putting
their IP address into the security option of the Router & setting
reservations in DHCP to always use those IPs.

How can I allow email access using MS OutLook but still block internet
browsing?

Thanks anyone!
