Nandish, you'd need to code the solution yourself. It can be done on the
server only for Outlook 2007 users: In each user's default calendar there's
a hidden message, which holds the Master Category List.
If a ready-to-use solution is an option for you, you could try Category
Manager for sharing your categories. For details see the link in my
signature, please.
