I have a number of e-mail senders whose messages consistently get flagged as
junk and moved into the junk folder.

If I mark them as Not junk, they just come right back inot the junk folder -
and marked as unread.

Try adding those senders to the Safe Senders List.

When one comes in right click it, select Junk Mail and then Add to Safe
Senders List.

I had tried that several times over with the same sender as well as others.

The strange thing is that I get some messages in from a sender while some
messages - from the same sender with the same address - are dumped intot he
junk mail folder and can not be changed to Not junk.

Is there any way to clear out or reset the Junk mail filter and start over
with regards to flagging the senders?
