I want to create a simple table of results that different people from other locations can edit and update the results table.
How do I do this please.

use the database results wizard, and the database interface wizard (or just the
interface wizard as this creates the input form for new records, and allows
editing and delelting records/fields/information.

How exactly do you use the interface wizard to allow users
to edit and delete records.

I have an .mdb created by FP2000 but all I can do is add
new records. I don't have Access and I am looking at re-
creating the whole DB due to minor errors.

With FP2000, you have to learn to hand code this, as the functionality of creating edit pages was
added to FP2002.
