Allow synch of OFF-line files only then PC is in defined subnet.

Hello

Is it possible to configure OFF-line files to synchronise only then PC is in defined subnet? I mean, then PC is in the office it could synchronize. But then PC is in remote location it couldn't synchronize. "Do not synchronise then connection is slow" doesn't suit in my situation
