I'm slated to hold three different sessions of the same meeting. Instead of
sending out three seperate meeting requests (which people don't like since it
clogs up their inbox), is it possible to send one invitie, list the available
times and have the receipients choose which session they will attend through
the one e-mail?

Hi Jorrie,

You can use the Vote feature in Options. There are a few options in the
Vote drop-down list but you can actually personalise it by typing in your
dates, separating each of them with a comma.

The person will receive a message with these date buttons at the top of
their message and they can click on them to select a date.

Once you have received your responses, you can open up your "Sent" item and
check who voted for which date.

Hope this helps!
