Allow people to send and receive email with speech recognition

It is currently impossible to click the send and receive button with Windows
Speech Recognition.

Even with Show Numbers, the button is not highlighted with a number.

This occurs in Outlook 2007 and Windows 7. I assume that the problem also
applies to Windows Vista.

Just say "send" and it will. I just tested it with Windows 7 and Outlook
2010 - I've used it before with Vista and Outlook 2007 just fine.
