Please forgive me...I am a novice and really need help!

I have a table named Patient that contains a field named LanguageID. I also have a table named Language that contains a PK and a Language field. The Language table contains four records.

I would like to create a form that allows MULTIPLE values to be selected when the LanguageID field goes to the Language table. I cannot figure out how to do this. If I use the lookup wizard to put this right into the table, it works, but I understand this is not the way to do it, that the lookup should be written into the form.

So far, I am only able to use Access and its various wizards, but I am coming to the conclusion that I'm going to have to learn something else to get this done.

Thank you!
Pam
