I have created a database and posted it to our network where no more than 3
people will be using it at a time. Currently I can only get one user on the
database at a time.

I'm using Access 2007. How to I allow more than one user to enter
information (not make changes) into the database. (the folder where the
database is located, allows for additions and deletions).

Thank you

Rochelle,

Sounds like you put the entire database on the Server. You should split it
and put the Front End on each persons workstation. Have a look at...

http://allenbrowne.com/ser-01.html

If each user needs Access you can install the Runtime...

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en

To keep those Front Ends up to date with any changes you might make...

In addition to Gina's remarks, you may also want to take a look at MVP Ton
