Outlook 2003 blocks (disables) some attachments. How do I customize it to
allow those attachments?

Check the Outlook pages at www.nwarwick.co.uk, there's a tutorial that does
exactly what you want.
Word of warning BE CAREFUL, doing this can leave you open to all manner of
nasties.
